Jeff Reinoehl
Head Coach
Jeff joined the Washington College Shoremen’s coaching staff in June 2012 as a volunteer assistant coach and goalkeeping coach. Over the past 13 years, he has contributed to the Washington College coaching staff. During his time there, the Shoremen finished in the top two in the conference for three years, won a Conference Championship in 2021, and made two NCAA Tournament appearances, reaching the Sweet 16 in 2021 and the Final Four in 2023. The coaching staff received the 2021 United Soccer Coaches Region V Coaching Staff of the Year award and the 2023 Centennial Conference Coaching Staff of the Year recognition.
Jeff previously spent 15 years coaching at the high school, community college, and travel club levels. His experience includes Maryland State High School Championships as both a player and a coach. He served as head boys’ soccer coach at Hammond High School in Columbia, MD, from 2006 to 2010, leading the team to a 2006 state championship. He was also an assistant boys’ soccer coach at Howard High School in Ellicott City, MD, from 1999 to 2004, and an assistant men’s soccer coach at Howard Community College from 1995 to 2000, where the team twice reached regional finals. From 2018 to 2020, he was an assistant coach at Saints Peter and Paul High School in Easton, MD, helping the team reach the MIAA Semifinals.
Jeff played high school soccer at Oakland Mills High School in Columbia, winning three state championships from 1986-1988. He also won two State Cup Championships and had a runner-up finish with the Soccer Association of Columbia club team. He played three years of varsity soccer at Shenandoah University, winning two ECAC Championships.
Jeff has been a resident of the Eastern Shore family for 24 years and resides in Centreville with his Family.

Larry Amon
General Manager/ Assistant Coach
Larry started Delmarva Thunder to give local players a chance to play the beautiful game at a higher level outside of college. Larry has been an assistant boys soccer coach at Faith Baptist School for five years and a volunteer youth coach and rec soccer coach for the Sharptown, SUSC and Wicomico County. He has also spent several years as a grassroots referee. He has a grassroots coaching license and is pursuing his D License.
Larry grew up in Anne Arundel County and attended UMBC where he played rugby and graduated from UMGC with a BS in cybersecurity. Larry has been a resident of the Eastern Shore for the last 20 years with his wife Melissa and their four children, who all grew up playing soccer.
